At least they are fumbling with words not 160,000 troops, tanks and bombs. That's the point - they are fumbling with our troops - first they run on a platform to stop the war and fail. Then they piss off an ally on the verge of cutting off supply routes to our troops and worse invade the country we're trying to stabilize in what has been the most stable part of the country. It's not like they didn't have six years to ramp up watching mistakes - they had to step in and make their own.
