CONX Just spoke with Bill Critchfield, their IR man. According to him, CONX has 24.9 M shares outstanding, a 21 M float (Yahoo incorrectly has their float at 4.56 M of which he was aware), and has 100 M shares authorized. He did not see a need for dilution.

Their Anti-AtherOx test kit is in "development stage" and is a way from being brought to market, roughly a year or two.

He returned my call with in about 45 minutes of my message. Pretty prompt I'd say.
