OT: We may see the Kurdish government deal with the guerrillas which the Turks find so offensive. Very possible. Oil is thicker than blood maybe.. Problem for the US is that Turkey the ally would not be happy with a strong independent Kurdish state.. All sorts of clannish considerations also. I guess the Turks wouldn't mind just owning the oil and having it both ways... Should provide lots of fits and starts to the POO. Again this is just an analysis not judgment.
