Its not only explained on the high school level; but the humour is how people certify gold. Russians have the highest purity(4 9's) in parts per million of atoms; not weight which has to be correctly by gravity change above sea level. US gold is only 3 9's pure. But they are all treated at the same price in commodity exchanges. HK(Hong Kong) gold rings leaves a black ring(contact resistance) on your fingers. Anyway, computers at home seldom has contact resistance problems. When you have factory conditions and many computers installed in close quarters and resonance in vibrations; contact resistance problem occurs. I usually don't bother to explain because many of us are not interested, unless lost data cause some business problems. The market is more stockholders' overbought(terrible) or oversold(wonderful for remaining stockholders).
