Weblogic would be a good fit within WebSphere, that's why i always thought IBM would take them out but it's an equal fit with ORCL... they have the Application layer(PSFT,JDE) and the Dbase layer, now they would have the connectivity layer with BEAS to glue them all together down to the business logic layer
