orcl is very oversold, added today.. s2 is 21.5 only stock that's red on my screen...beas shd sell beas and b orcl..to save a buck. may or may not hit s2 . shd be bot at 21.6 =============news today Roy Jacobs & Associates Investigates Possible Wrongful Conduct By BEA Systems Management Regarding Oracle Buyout Offer (RTTNews) - Roy Jacobs & Associates is investigating the conduct of BEA Systems Inc. (BEAS) management over its possible refusal to conduct an auction for the Company or negotiate with Oracle (ORCL) or any other qualified buyer to effect a transaction which is in the best financial interest of BEA's public shareholders. On October 12, 2007, Oracle announced an unsolicited offer for BEA at $17.00 per share. BEA rejected the Oracle offer the same day, but has not announced an auction for the company, or announced that it is negotiating with Oracle to raise the bid. Nor does it appear that the BEA board of directors has taken other appropriate action to maximize shareholder value.
