Could someone explain to me whether companies like Lucent, Nortel, Motorola, Erickson, and Nokia are licensing CDMA from Qcom or have they developed their own? Obviously, if they are licensing, Qcom is at an advantage. Thanks, and I apologize if this is a dumb question.wj
