Dear xu: I dont agree with a single thing in that analysts comments which you URLed. SUNW had NO OPTION but to bring the suit if they wanted to have an enforceable contract. The people writing that are either in MSFTS spin pocket or are idiots. Read Naders "Bring me Bill's Head" article. THATS what will bring Gates to the bargaining table. How do I know? I used to own a Corvair!!! Nader will throw so much publicity ALL BAD on this MSFT that FTC will have NO CHOICE but to investigate. He's a bulldog and isnt going to let go. JDN
