Zeev, I hope you are right. Interestingly enough, since the company is now in play, the stock could even go up. Now the only question will be the value of the technology, and the poor management, poor execution, excessive cost structure, and lack of credibility will be of reduced importance. I attempted to compute what a buyout price would be/could be, and I came up with between $8 and $14. Based on that, I think the price could settle in at about $7-7.50 until/unless a bidding war gets going.
