$14 million cashflow, from the sale of an incubated company. Maybe upto 14.7 million after escrow period.

I am sure this cashflow will be reinvested. Typically from a $5 million investment, it turns into a $15-20 million cashflow. Or what CMGI used to call these a cash event(cash out action for cashflow on the bottom line).

Small profit in a $1 billion company in supply chain business; but the @Venture makes up a large part of cash and equivalent assets.
