Pickens says that world wide oil production is flat out at 85 million brls per day and has no more spare production.He says demand this winter will be 88 million brls per day.If he is correct and we are 3 million brls per day short of demand,we will see two Calgary Stampedes this year.One for cows, and the other for oil sands. James
