Kev...Want to clarify that comment please. I mean if you are so smart and all tell us how shorting without locating shares for settlement or confirming that the client has located shares for settlement (implies hedge fund) is not a naked short. Come back and show us how that genius mind of yours operates. Illustrate to the board that you have more common sense than to simply refute everything without considering facts. That last comment sounds too much like a shill response.
