Thanks for the url, I'll check it out. There is
a lot of Mitchell and Webb--Peep Show on Youtube,
that is very good stuff. I wish YouTube would
upgrade to a little better video, maybe not full
screen broadcast quality, but something a little
closer to broadcast.

Well, if I were more of a gambler...
I'd have moved 100k out out of our 5% CD and put it
into Gene Logic as it traded pretty good volume yesterday
under a buck. For gamblers only! That would have averaged
down my 25,000 shares at $1.5 really well. Whether it
is the right gamble at the right time, hard to say. And
we will stay in our 100k CD--I suppose that when I converted
my last batch of mad money into savings that I probably
would never let it go back into biotech, and maybe that
is a good thing.
They mention GL1001, and I'd rather they were talking about
their repositioning projects. The paranoid poker player in me
wonders if they do that on purpose. The repositioning business
seems about 100 times more interesting than gl1001, which is
probably just some garbage that came along with the
Horizon assets, right?
They can pose as if they'll develop 1001 and quickly blow
through the last $30M, or they can move ahead with the
repurposing unit and make a go of it. Do they know that
we know that they know that $30M isn't enough to take 1001
anywhere, and the only hope is for a reverse merger and
do over. They can drag this on and on and round up shares,
who knows, maybe they'll burn through another $10M and
try to get the shares down around 75 cents--that would
surely round up shares.
Well I'm not going to play. It is a shame I put the kid's
accounts into glgc to begin with. I paid the wrong price
and I see no indication that there is ever a right price,
ha! |
