This is as close as I could find to a recipe an old friend of mine made every Halloween...and I loved it!

Condensed Milk (NOT
evaporated milk)

cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (6 ounce) graham cracker pie
crust
1/4 cup firmly packed brown
sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cold butter or
margarine
