Our problem is the OTC BB MMs set a trap in the .50s They've executed it twice now.......... So there could be a Pavlov's dog reaction the NEXT time we get there IF the buying pressure doesn't gap UP or VAULT us through that territory. I suspect we will trend back down again from there IF we get there. I ALSO think we are NOT clear of the .20s yet........... The 3rd quarter results are going to disappoint....... I'm SURE the OTC BB boys will take the pps down on the NEXT 10Q or before............. I have dry powder awaiting that eventual occurance....... IF CURRENT ESTIMATED MAX production is 2 SSs a day, 4th quarter MAX PRODUCTION would be 180 SSs. Currently company production is UNDER those numbers. REALISTICALLY at this time I believe we can expect to produce 45 SSs a month on a regular basis (or two SSs every other day) IF we are ABLE to do THAT, we can produce 135 SSs x 2160 lbs moly per SS = 291600 lbs of moly OR 540000 lbs of concentrate quarterly (45 SSs @ 97200/180000 monthly). With room to expand the production by another 45 SSs a quarter 15 SSs a month………… The cash flow is going to get ridiculous. IF they bring a second ball mill online next spring the numbers will indeed become parabolic........... BUT FOR NOW I suspect we will get to grovel until the 4th quarter production numbers come out...... GOOD NEWS COULD HELP GET US OVER THIS NEXT 3 MONTHS. I remain invested, and skeptical of the company's shareprice until we get off the OTC BB or REACH MAX production numbers.
