What does perfect mean....is this equivalent to the chances of scoring a "10" in gymnastics. It is a positive statement but when I hear that word, it usually represents a highly unlikely level of performance to achieve.

If the submission is not perfect....how long does a non-expedited review by the FDA take in this scenario (18 - 24 months)??
