phbolton, As I mentioned in my previous tread 211, Jerry Fiddler did not unload his 30% stock holding during the secondary offering because the price was too low 27. So as we know that Jerry is smart guy he is waiting the stock price to reach around of 37 to quietly unload his 800.000 shares. Therefore as mentioned in my early tread 211 that Wind price will be bouncing between 30-39 for a certain period until Jerry finished unloading his 800.000 shares. Then who know ?
