I sure hope the use of the words "Shell Corporation" in another ADVR thread with the description following it saying such company is "risky" and "has no significant assets" does not claim to be describing the Shell Oil Group. If it is, I sure as heck would roll out my bank of lawyers to defend myself when the Shell posse comes & wants to know if there is any relationship to that statement and their particular Corporation. I know when I read that I was surprised to find that "Shell" was risky and had no assets, until I finally realized the poster probably meant a shell corporation, rather than the "Shell Corporation". A retraction or amplification of what was meant sure would be prudent to cover my ass, that is if I had said that online in public. However it sure is an easy misinterpretation to make.
