There are negatives (sharply deteriorating credit market, again, some of those below August readings), there are positives (cut in late October), there is strong support between 1470 and 1500. Short term lingering at these levels is very likely, but time will tell if the bounce turns out to be a dead cat bounce. Short term technicals are suggesting a bounce.
