I'm waiting for the good Dr Gray to bless us with some comments on the weather, specifically precipitation, in the SE of the USA.

BTW, I thought some of the hype about Georgia might relate to when precip comes, and since winter is approaching, might they not be expecting more rain? However, I see that Atlanta has remarkably even rainfall all year, there is really no wet and dry season per se. They average 3-5 inches/month all year. So I guess they are really down this year, and are not likely to be saved by approaching winter rains.

Much different here in the PNW, where we are dry all summer and fall, and wet in the winter and spring.

IIRC, climate models have been predicting that the eastern USA gets more arid, and the PNW will get more mild and wetter with GW. In real estate, its the location that matters!
