BID dosing is far better, however, what patients are complaining about is how hard it is to take the pills, and I have had to change several patients to the powder form. Apparently the problem is not with the size of the tablets, but that they stick on the way down. I have just been invited to an Advisory Panel to be held in Nov in Miami. At that point I will have more detailed info. And I will certainly tell them about this problem. Good luck
