I'm not really against milk, its just that as a kid (70s) I remember milk was pushed on everybody.... all you could get to drink at the caf for elementary school kids was milk, WHY MILK? Its just a food, no better no worse than many other foods and with all these fat kids maybe we should be promoting water or one of those fruit flavored waters or worst case fat free milk. Milk, like eggs really isn't something US kids have to have. Its more legacy than anything.
