With more and more stock being traded in these black holes, wouldnt more likely not affect the market. Another Wall St. off the book move. IMO not selling in the Market would be another case of keeping the Market higher than it should be.

And I the cynical one am having a hard time believing any DATA coming out of either Wall St. or the Govt these days.. as everything is just spin...
