I don't think it is as difficult as a "10" in gymnastics - maybe more like a pro golfer shooting par on a 7,000 yard course - if he plays up to his talent and avoids lapses in concentration, he can do it. Any more than that is pure conjecture on my part - I don't have direct, personal experience in the drug industry. Maybe someone else can speak authoritatively?
