Lizzie you must be kidding. A cup of milk has 8 grams of protein compared to your yuppie water. Protein satisfies your appetite instead of increasing it with sugar. Even diabetics can drink a cup of milk. It also has calcium for bones and teeth. Like Live2sail the only choices when I was a child were milk and water. There were virtually no fat kids (also mamas didn't drive their little darlings everywhere, we actually walked and rode our bikes.)
