i've begun reading the indictment,
but i've seem to have hit a snag.
something doesn't seem right about
the May 2007 date in the indictment
in regards to steve imo. it says
January 2003 through May 2007 steve
also held positions of pres and coo
but xybr had announced 4/25/05
perry nolen was appointed as president.
ed and steve were already forced out
in 04/05. how could steve have held
any position after 04/05 let alone
through 05/07? there is a letter of
resignation dated 05/03/07 from steve
filed with the sec.
