5 people rec'd this post. Will those 5 people tell me whether they drink tap water at home? I wouldn't think of having people over to my house without a lot of bottled water available... people won't drink the tap water here. San Jose area. Other friends and family I have visited out of state also prefer bottled water. Maybe this thread is the last set of holdouts who drink from the tap? (I suggest you get it tested if you are in the bay area- and yes, bottled water is much better as long as it comes from a source a thousand miles away from silicon valley- oh and offering tap water from Ca to little kids is a little scary too).

Sometimes this thread just puts up these straw mans.
