oooops, i posted the wrong date of 05/03/07. the correct date of steves letter of resignation on file at the sec is 05/03/05 not 2007 per the link in my previous post. btw, who is attorney-1? i saw "prepared by ATTORNEY-1" a couple of times in the indictment. who might that be? someone from the now-defunct Jenkens & Gilchrist LLP? flo for as much as you ridicule me about conspiracy theories involving xybr, you have to admit robert oosterwyk (pleaded guilty to one count of operating operating an illegal money- remitting business) and john marciano (pleaded guilty to a federal charge that he conspired to launder the proceeds of a securities fraud involving xybr) both copped pleas in regards to a 64 count indictment against them involving xybr securities, that was two of three people listed in that indictment. you ridiculed me about tony too! lma(zz)o i doubt the saga of finger pointing concerning wrong doing of others manipulating xybr is over.
