They are custom built and I had the choice to pay now at cdn 1.03 and get a prepayment discount or pay full on delivery in the spring.I took the $1.03 and 5% discount.(paid now) So what does it mean? It means your boats starts to suck bilgewater at above 5 kph when the US dollar goes below 95 cents. I think the whole transaction was somehow a flagrant violation of the Harley-Smoot Tariff Act.
