Nevr-Seize is the answer for sure, but you have to remember to not buy machinery from somebody who back in the seventies or whatever was failing to ask the right question ... for bolt loosener, there was an old brand called Liquid Wrench, bought now by Gunk and comes in a little spray can, three bucks at Canadian Tire, far better than WD40, but the neighbour's stuff edges it out imho ... and he's got a hot wrench too, oh yeah, positively torch-happy at times, got to watch him close when he gets frustrated or your iron gets modified in ways you hadn't anticipated, or desired
