The Saudis are very rich people. They are using oil money to short the market & load up on bank stocks. When the Saudi gov approves the mining rights to the company, i bet the rich Saudis will buy the stock. I agree with you on oil sand bqi , but the valuation seems to be too high for my taste. Whoa ... almost 1 billion market cap !!!
