Here is a new reset chart from Credit Suisse (via the IMF): calculatedrisk.blogspot.com We all know about the subprime resets coming in '08. But this chart goes out a few more years and shows the next wave of resets from Option ARMs (really Neg Am Arms!) coming in 2010 and 2011. Also, this chart is just first resets.
