I ran across this article today. I don't know anything about PTQ but thought you might be interested.

Petaquilla to ramp up Au output by Mar - Panama

Vancouverite Petaquilla Minerals (TSX: PTQ) is aiming to reach an "efficient rate" of gold output at its Molejón project in Panama in March 2008, senior corporate development VP Gianni Kovacevic told BNamericas.

The first gold pour is expected to occur by January after Petaquilla completes construction of Molejón's plant. The idea is to ramp up to full production by roughly March, he said.

The company is aiming to produce 120,000oz/y of gold at a processing rate of 2,200t/d at Molejón.

Petaquilla also updated Molejón's resource to include 2.76Mt grading 0.35g/t gold or 30,886oz contained in measured resources, 5.21Mt grading 0.34g/t gold or 58,611oz contained in the indicated category and 4.83Mt of 0.34g/t gold or 53,079oz contained in inferred resources.

All the resources were calculated using a 0.3g/t gold cutoff, although the project will also be able to process lower-grade ore, Kovacevic said.
