OK. So coal fires in China and India cause 210 Million of the 9.9 Billion metric tons in CO2 gas emissions. Congratulations, you've identified 2% of the total causes. And you call that the big picture?

Try this:
* 40% of CO2 emissions are due to electricity generation from fossil fuels, 93% of which come from burning coal
* 30% of CO2 emissions are due to internal combustion engines from the transportation sector

If you want to solve the majority of the CO2 emissions problems, which are the single biggest factor in global warming, while simultaneously making us energy independent so we can stop funding Islamic terrorists, then your best bet is to built thousands of new nuclear power plants in the next two decades and replace most or all of the gasoline powered cars out there with electric cars.

That's the big picture.
