J L: You have been around the block long enough to know that as a short term player my observations are useless. However, I will tell you that these new products begin to ship in 3 months and that know one can consistantly trade this issue.

I'm using a $100. target by 2000 and I sleep very well at night knowing my hard earned capital is in a great long term business. I don't worry about pullbacks as I've been through them in the past and I use them to add more capital. This company is my largest position ( 25% of my net worth); I watch this business more closely than anyone I have ever met next to Howard of course.

Good luck with your timing strategies! I hope you are successful at trading this issue.

For long term investors, the Dial is headed to $52 in 9 months.

Recent events follow: Dialogic is first to market with 2 new ATM server systems that are best of breed in combing voice and data on top of ATM. Clients will now for the first time be able to route voice and data and incorporate QOS over a single network. Prices for these products are $2,200 for the ATM25sc and $3,200 for the ATM155sc. These are high margin, high density; and high growth products.

Finally, The CT media developement platform will support MSFT's TAPI. This is a major positive as developers will be able to access media resourses on DLGC products on a standard PC server. This integrates the PC server with the telephone switch for complete call control functionality. This reduces yet one more layer of development compexity. Telecom and computing are rapidly converging and the Dial is in the middle :-)

Hope this post helps,

I'm very long and loving it!

Happy Investing,

Jay
