* Over at Baker & McKenzie, one senior corporate partner could be heading for a salary cut after being indicted for securities fraud over his role in an alleged short-selling scam. Martin Weisberg has been charged alongside two former executives at software company Xybernaut and two Israeli investors said to have pocketed $55 million from the scheme. If convicted Mr Weisberg and his alleged co-conspirators could face decades in prison and millions of dollars in fines. According to reports in the US Mr Weisberg has been put on leave pending the resolution of this matter.
