eh flo, what if the defense digs deep into the archives for ed, steve and martin etc and brings evidence into record as exhibits of message board postings like fake xybr press releases, maybe even details of an extortion attempt and the subsequent lawsuit documents etc that imo could reveal short seller tactics in a way they'd prefer left covered up, compounded with reference made to xybr (and other targeted companies) during tonys racketeering trial. do you suppose a chronicle of historical data would link to the unindicted co-conspirators from tonys trial if the defense takes on that type of approach? lma(zz)o why again did the the truthseeker web site shut down?
