Yes and it's directly related to global warming. The idiots on this thread think it's only enviro freaks or super liberals that care about global warming. I think when the costs start compounding, a little light will go on in their heads that will pulse and scream "Hey idiot, global warming affects your pocket book too!" California forest fires are just a small taste of what elevated and accelerating CO2 levels get us.
