You sound angry. Why the hostility?
Consider your points:
1. The majority shareholder is making open market purchases hand over fist.
Not exactly true, not open market purchases. Check the 9/24 item in the link. searchwww.sec.gov, even if it were accurate, it only has value if there were a positive correlation to show between those purchases and the future stock price. In the case of VLNC, there very likely is negative correlation between Berg's capital injections and the ensuing share price. Look at the relationship between the share issues for Berg capital and the stock price if you need proof. The bottom line is Berg has been doing it for years and the share price is less than $2. A better correlation for share price is revenue growth, sales contracts, and strong consistent management.
2. ... and certain officers are also stepping up to the plate:"
Many people give more to charity than the amounts paid by the officers you reference. $623, $9,003, $8,283, and $14,600.
The ignores are from the many posters who have come and gone from this board. Like you, they didn't want to hear about statements in 10ks and absence of progress in manufacturing and sales over the years. You'll likely put me on ignore too. You show all of the characteristics: you are quick to anger at opposing views, you offer evidence that you don't research thoroughly (open market purchases), you don't want to hear anything that shakes your position on VLNC. |
