ot: HLIT raising $141.7 million with a stock offering announced tonight with earnings. No comment on the CC as to the use of the proceeds. Speculating, it would enough to buy all of CCUR at about $1.70 - $1.76 about 30% premium over the 20 day average of 1.36. All within typical ranges. There was mention from people in the know that HLIT might be interested with SCOP and perhaps OBAS. Combined it would be about 120m
