We are in a real estate depression for the construction industry with a while still to go. Only a trade now and then for me. I am looking at mortgage insurer TGIC, down from 58 to 7, for a huge bounce.. Earnings reports for the group coming days makes it tricky. Huge short position can't hurt. Stock is trading for little more than estimated earnings from only 90 days ago<g> BZH, HOV ect..have had a couple of big bounces already since crashing to single digits..many are going to file bankruptcy IMHO within 24 months..
