bob, The SEC got the wrong persons. The SEC folks do the best job that they can, all the while staying within the confines of a restrictive budget. They really should not be faulted for hiring the "wrong persons" (your words, not mine) given those budgetary restraints. If you'd spend a little more time trying to understand what the SEC is up against, then you'd probably not make such condescending comments. EK!!!
