Here is one just listed at $99k which is slightly above a prior sale in 2002 and below a 2003 sale.. this house also sold for $235k at the top so the drop is almost 60% far above the losses reported by the NAR stats..it is worth registering with Zip Realty to get great detailed info for almost every market in the country leepa.org ziprealty.com
