A good question, for which I don't have an answer right now. If I remember correctly, an online bank (EverBank?), which allowed one to park via savings account. I am not sure the status now...

As you rightly pointed out, Chinese stocks/ETFs are an option, but sometimes, with strong currency, stocks might go down, as it results in reduced export earnings.

One possible scenario is to to invest in Japanese Yen, assuming Japanese Yen and Chinese Yuan are correlated to a certain degree and move in sync, at least to a certain degree, all IMO.
