"I am impressed by the significant opportunities the company is ready to embark upon." This quote here speaks volumes. Management must have told him something big that the public doesn’t know yet. I noticed on the filing they gave him relocation expenses of 40k + 200+k salary and 1 mil shares. The company must have told something big that made him pick up and relocate. That’s a big decision to make regardless of money. Considering where this guy came from and his work history, I doubt he was in dire need to sign on just for the salary.
