anything can happen, that sounds like a worse case scenario.... Regarding the million shares , it wouldn't move the market right now. If you keep track on the level 2, there has been a big seller on this stock for the past month and he is using the ARCA. In general there are a lot of sellers for this stock in the last few months, but last week alone this particular guy sold over 5.5 million shares and continues to sell a few 100k shares per day. This is why we spiked down to .15 last week. The seller did a planned deal with another broker at .15/share. So someone bought big at .15, but even after getting rid of those shares and having sold the previous 30 days , every day, this seller still seems to have plenty left to sell. I'm guessing over 15 million shares are in the process of being dumped.
