Debt doesn't bother me when it's for investment, used it a lot over the years, couldn't have done hardly any project without it ... only got burnt once, 1981, serious whackdown below zero net worth for a while, but i had a vivid and interesting life working out of that, don't regret it for a minute, borrowed far more than that since, never at net loss

You have to be able to service/cover debt, for sure, there are stupid ways to use it, but there are responsible ways too, the leverage is highly useful ... i'll be dipping into margin next week most likely, once we see what the Fed is up to and some sort of direction is clear - i wouldn't want to tell my daughter in twenty years that i knew the Great Gold Bull was on yet failed to take reasonably full advantage of it ... plan will be to add more of your mr.to, wgi.to, possibly aru.to, agi.to, ngx.to, and a few others, one being maybe adm.v where i've missed the boat so far ... margin means having to keep your finger on the sell button for a few shares, but that's increasingly easier for me as the daylight gets shorter and the monsoons start up ... thinking about getting full stockwatch and two new flat screens as well, the whole nine yards, go big or go home as we say in the woods
