now we know hedge fund pimps want open line to emerging markets to dump their investment. But indian caution is warranted. Huge capital inflows from US into emerging is distorting asset prices in those countries...and we know how susceptible these countries will be to sudden pull out of funds... so why does paulson keep advising other countries on behalf of wall street "investment" banks?
