We noticed that Buffet supports the death tax. We also noticed that his tax plan is to use tricks to avoid the death tax. We also noticed that his former wife already used the same tricks to avoid being assessed most death taxes. His tax position is hypocritical and wise people discount it completely.

Gates is using the same types of mechanisms to avoid paying death taxes.
