tech, fwiw, my broadband plays this year are cien (its run since high 20s but should have another 10 pts according to GSCO); infn (had it, sold it, just started buying again today), llnw (cdn like akam but not as extended), oplk (sold it last week) and rvbd (just started buying today after drop). i like hlit. will look at a possible buy there...
